The file factcrossing.csv contains information about an experiment with two factors: WT vs KO, and Treatment vs Control.

Analyze this data in two different ways:

  • First, use a two-way ANOVA to find whether the two factors or the interaction are significant, and if necessary, use a posthoc test (pairwise.t.test or TukeyHSD) to identify differences of interest)
  • Second, look only at the control data, and compare whether the average measure is significantly different

Are the results coherent ?
