    Version control with Git

    14-16 March 2022 (2.5 days)

    IMPORTANT: Please make sure to setup your environment before the start of the course. In particular:

    • Make sure to provide us with your GitHub user name (see point 2. below) at the latest 3 days before the start of the course.
    • For online classes, you should have a computer with a working microphone as some exercises involve collaboration/communication with other participants.


    Course schedule

    Timing is indicative and depends on class progress.


    14 and 15 March (full day)

    • Start: 9h00
    • Lunch break: 12h15 - 13h15
    • End: 17h30


    16 March (half day): this last part of the course covers optional modules.

    • Git submodules: 9h00 - 10h30
    • Git LFS: 10h30 - 12h15
