Time Management: Personal and Organizational Efficiency at Work (for SIB employees and members)

During the course called “PEP” or “Personal Efficiency Program”, you will learn how to be more efficient at work, doing more in less time with less stress.
You will develop your time management skills and learn how to better assume your key responsibilities in order to accomplish your daily and weekly tasks, your projects and to eventually reach your objectives.
SIB Management is working with PEPworldwide (www.pepworldwide.com in English, http://pepw.ch/ in French) to deliver this training.

- Better self-management
- Increased quality of decision making
- Improving the ability to handle the information process
- Organizing work archives
- Reducing backlogs
- Reducing stress
- Priority management
- Target orientation
- Time management
- Change management
Learning objectives
Participants will be instructed on how to develop, manage and maintain:
- Efficient working habits
- Systems for organizing the work station
- Effective planning and diary management
Criteria for participation
The course is open to all SIB members. Written approval from your group leader (and team lead if relevant) is necessary. If too many inscriptions are received, priority may be given to employees and persons ensuring “mixity” across SIB groups and locations.
Application
The registration fees are 300 CHF. This includes course content material, coffee breaks and lunch.
Please use your SIB email address for application, and specify the name of the Group Leader who will cover the 300 CHF registration fee. Note that you will be informed by email of your registration confirmation.
Deadline for application and free-of-charge cancellation is set to 10 November 2015. Cancellation after this date will not be reimbursed. Last minute extenuating circumstances may be accepted (personal illness, etc.) but may require a documented justification (see our general conditions). Thank you for your understanding.
